Our Curriculum Outlines:

• Week 1 - Local Economic and Social Issues

  • Civic Engagement – Understanding real issues in the community like poverty, unemployment, and access to healthcare and education.

• Week 2 - The Senate of Canada: Roles and Responsibilities

  • Parliamentary Education – Learning how laws are made, what senators do, and how voices are represented in Canadian democracy

• Week 3 - Black Female Leadership & Public Speaking

  • Black Female Leadership + Public Speaking & Confidence – Highlighting Black Canadian women in politics; developing speaking skills through debates or speeches.

• Length: 10 to 18 weeks

• Frequency: Weekly sessions

• Timing: Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
